YAK Agency signs an agreement with the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF) – the world’s governing body for shooting sport that counts 15 Olympic events with a participation of 390 athletes from 100 countries - renewing the agency’s contract right to Tokyo 2020.

The agency of Marco Dalla Dea and Giovanni Cecolin will coordinate the Federation’s communication activities, including press office, photo production, editorial production and social media management in real time in English and Chinese languages.

The new agreement extends a partnership that lasts since 10 years. The agency’s team as indeed already worked with the ISSF at over 100 events in 4 continents since 2006, including the 2008, 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games and the 2006, 2010, 2014 ISSF World Championships. Tokyo 2020 is now in the sights of YAK Agency, that will cover all ISSF competition on the road to the next Games, including world cup, junior cup and world championships.

“We are really happy and proud of the renewed trust of the ISSF,” says YAK Agency’s co-founder Marco Dalla Dea. “Our experience helps us to be flexible in the international sport business environment, and to deliver even on a tight schedule. Our team developed specific skills in working with organizations, companies, national and international bodies and stakeholders, within the frames of media rights and events’ regulations. The production routines and logics of the sport business are peculiar – continues Dalla Dea – that’s why we are not only offering tools and production services, but also planning and consulting, to our clients.”

Within the next two months, the YAK Agency team will fly to New Delhi (IND), Acapulco (MEX) and Larnaka (CYP) to produce contents on the field of play, supported by the YAK Agency headquarter in Padova, Italy, that will distribute those contents all over the world.

“We are happy to continue our collaboration with YAK Agency – says ISSF Secretary General Franz Schreiberwe come from a series of successes in the last three Olympic cycles. Communication has been fundamental for our sport, which has a long tradition and a universal base. In Rio de Janeiro we celebrated 120 years of shooting sport at the Games, as our disciplines have been part of the Olympic program since the very first edition, in 1896. Tokyo is the next milestone on our path.”
