Voice2Media’s longtime staff member Alessandro Ceschi is not just an excellent sports writer, he’s also a student at the John Cabot University, an american college located in Rome.

At JCU Alessandro is currently graduating in Communications, and on April 15th, on the university”s newspaper The Matthew, he published an article titled “Italy’s bittersweet life”. In the essay Alessandro perfectly depicts the conflicts and the contradictions of everyday’s life in The Eternal City, using a public office and a restaurant as different sides of the same medal.

One week later, at the annual Academic Award Ceremony held in the Secchia Terrace of the JCU’s Guarini Campus, a jury composed by Vanity Fair’s journalist Judy Bacharach and american writer Carlos Dews awarded him with an Albert Walker Fuller Prize for Op/Ed Articles. The prize, named after the publisher and editor of The Enterprise, a newspaper published in the Southern Massachusetts area, is awarded every year, and aims at awarding those editorial that effectively talk about all aspects of an issue.

Voice2Media’s founder and staff want to congratulate Alessandro for this achievement, as he proudly represent the company not only at the John Cabot University, but also in one of Italy’s most beautiful cities.
