The Project

Padova Jazz Festival is a historic cultural event that has being held in the main theaters of Padua for over 20 years, featuring jazz concerts of world-renowned artists. For the 21st edition, YAK Agency has worked with Miles Cultural Association to give birth to a project that was completely renovated as far as look and duration are concerned, with a calendar including over 40 events in a month (from October 13 to November 24, 2018).

After having worked on the creation of the new brand image (logo and visual contents), the official portal was completely redesigned and optimized to be fast and used on multiple devices. Moreover, our team realized all the creative and communication materials of the Festival: folded leaflets and booklets with the scheduled events, postcards with the events calendars, passes to access to concerts, roll-up banners and advertising solutions (billboards, posters and press releases).


In the months before the beginning of the Festival, a teaser campaign was launched on the official social channels (Facebook and Instagram) to promote the festival, reveal the names of some of the main artists and present sponsors. Throughout the festival our agency provided information and updates on the rich events calendar, dealing also with the release of promotional materials. 


Another innovation in the 21st edition was given by the launch of a Spotify playlist that the agency created and constantly updated with the most representative music pieces, in order to increase the engagement of users, audience and fans, accompanying them on the music journey offered by Padova Jazz Festival.
