This activity comes from a very specific need of the retail industry: to compete and be relevant on the digital world. The challenge was to create a branding strategy and spread an immersive experience to make customers feel as part of the family. What’s particular about the project was that our client needed to drive people to go to their retail location, so the direct goal on the digital side was to attract people there.
The idea for IperPoints was simple yet creative: when working with two different targets, we had to enhance loyalty of existing consumers with promotion, while attracting potential clients from organizing contests. Results of this customer loyalty marketing strategy were that we engaged more with Ipercity’s clients both online and offline, and meanwhile new consumers came to store to participate in contests and connected with brands situated in the shopping center.
