The Project

"L'isola che c'è - Associazione Hospice Pediatrico Padova Aps" takes care of children with pain and incurable problems and their families through the support of the Regional Centre for Pediatric Palliative Care and Pain Therapy. The pediatric hospice is a residential facility where children, in the Veneto Region, suffering from incurable diseases together with their families, are welcomed when they need care, reference, goals and choices. Diseases make the body and the soul fragile: the Association, through a valuable network of doctors, nurses and volunteers, wants to bring hospitality, respect, dignity, understanding and care for pain and anguish, relieving the suffering and improving the quality of life of the families of these little patients.

Logo design

Since its foundation, the institutional logo has always been two children sliding down a rainbow. YAK Agency worked on an evolution and modernization of the historical trademark, using a clean and rounded graphic line, proposing a new logo that enhances the rainbow, now formed by three people embracing each other in a colourful and playful circle, symbolizing a circle of volunteers and operators who together carry out support activities and take the little ones by the hand to accompany them on their journey.

Graphics and corporate image

Starting from the development of the new logo, the corporate image was redesigned, and then declined in the institutional materials (paper and digital): business cards, letterheads, email signatures, brochures, flyers, and packaging. YAK Agency also took care of the creation of the concept and realization of the promotional materials for the 5x1000 donation campaigns. Click here for the "5x1000 campaign" project.
