Bata is a brand with more than 120 years of history and the largest retailer in the world of civil footwear. The Bata Shoe Organization operates with a network of approximately 5,300 stores and 35,000 employees in over 70 countries, serving more than one million customers a day.
Bata in Italy is Compar, founded in 1931, today a leader in this sector and in the national market with a network of 240 direct and franchised stores and an online store (bata.it) as well. The range of stores includes women's, men's and children's footwear, clothing and accessories exclusively for Bata. The offer, enriched by national and international brands, wants to aim at those customers who appreciate the new trends and the quality / price ratio.

Social media marketing strategy

Bata’s social media management is aiming to promote both brand awareness and Bata’s Italian collection which includes not only footwear for men, women and children, but also accessories, clothing and much more. Much of the collaboration is based on the making of the editorial plan, implementing the international strategy of Bata the Brand and coordinating it with the Italian one; strategy that is created ad hoc to better localize the communication in this market. Writing copies for social media, strategic planning and media strategy are among the main activities managed by the YAK Agency team on Bata's social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Digital PR Management

In an era in which the promotion of a brand image, its products and online shopping become an integral part of the social strategy, it would be unreasonable not to include Instagram, one of the fastest growing social platform in the last years. To further promote the brand awareness of the channel and give visibility to the products of the brand, YAK Agency is helping to coordinate the digital PR activities, including the management of posts and stories created together with a team of influencers and fashion bloggers.
