Airwheel is the world’s leading brand in the production of personal electric transport devices: this project was developed in order to create a strong and trustworthy brand reputation among European customers through power storytelling with a social medias boost. It was developed through different creative phases: from the realization of the corporate brand website to the engagement with existing and potential customers and the whole content production (copywriting, photo, video, etc).
Our team developed this website while paying attention to the smallest details. We researched the best fitting font and color palette, then designed a customized icon set. In this way, the website was able to communicate Airwheel brand values and user experience since the very beginning of a visitor’s navigation.
The backend structure of the website was developed to meet the needs of a global selling company with many dealers in many countries. In order to do so, the product catalogue is now able to show items based on the country and the language chosen by the user. Additionally, this feature also allows web visitors to set availability of products based on their countries.
We did both website and social media photo shooting. We were in charge of the European social media channel management spreading still life and set pictures, which were the base of our brand storytelling but could also be used for product launch and advertising.
Engaging customers in daily conversations is critical for a brand whose goal is to dominate the European market - and social medias are just the right tool. We were responsible for all activities, including editorial plans, building and maintaining the community, managing budget for advertising campaigns.
