YAK Agency star at the Abano Football Trophy

Also this year YAK Agency took care of the communication of the Abano Football Trophy - Torneo Internazionale di Calcio Giovanile “Città di Abano Terme” , now in its 29th edition. Press office, content production, social media management and digital ADV: these are the services that the agency provided for the event, which has established itself over the years as one of Europe's most prestigious competitions in the youth scene, bringing 16 top clubs to the field and representing 10 nations and 3 continents. During the competition days, an agency team of journalists, photographers and social media managers followed the 38 scheduled matches to report on the competition directly from the playing fields, in Italian and English. 

The Brazilians of Flamengo triumphed, they won in the final against Atalanta and, in the course of the tournament, got the better of the best international teams present: the Italians Napoli, Inter, Juventus, Fiorentina, Atalanta, Bologna, Udinese and Hellas Verona; the Europeans ones Dinamo Kiev, Slavia Praga, Red Bull Salzburg, Lugano, Malmö, HJK Helsinki. But also a Japanese team: Tokyo.

Founded in 1991 and recognised in the industry as one of the tournaments with the highest technical level in Europe, the “Città di Abano Terme” International Youth Football Tournament is also a well-established event for observers and talent scouts, who have taken advantage of the competition days to put young talents under their magnifying glass.

Just think of of the many champions who have played in the tournament in the past and then become stars on the international stage: Matthijs de Ligt, Jamal Musiala, Lacazette, Jair Tavares, De Ketelaere, Justin Kluivert among the foreigners; Miretti, Scalvini, Bove, Moise Kean, Maldini, Florenzi, Gabbiadini, Lasagna, just to name a few among the Italians. Also past champions such as De Rossi, Marchisio and Montolivo.
