From 8 December 2022 to 26 February 2023, the Cultural Centre “Altinate San Gaetano” in Padua hosted the interactive exhibit “Geronimo Stilton Live Experience. Viaggio nel tempo”, where children, classes, and families can enjoy a funny and didactic time. Organised by the Pleiadi Science Farmer, the exhibition was promoted by the City of Padua with the aim of stimulating the curiosity of young visitors by involving them in a magical and adventurous journey through time among dinosaurs, Egyptians, pirates, enigmas to be solved and tests to be passed, and to bring them closer to the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics) world through scientific/creative activities and workshops. All this together with the character of Geronimo Stilton, the famous mouse journalist from the book series that has become a global phenomenon.

Graphic design

YAK Agency was in charge of designing all materials, digital and printed, relevant to the promotion of the exhibition: roll-ups, press folders, banners for advertisements, newspaper advertisements and templates for social communication.

Digital Communication

Facebook and Instagram were the social channels used to promote “Geronimo Stilton Live Experience. Viaggio nel tempo”, for which the YAK Agency team created advertising campaigns, designed and published thematic posts and followed community management activities before, during and after the exhibition.

Influencer Marketing

To increase engagement on social channels and attract new visitors, YAK Agency managed the exhibition's promotional content in collaboration with selected local influencers from the cultural and journalistic sector.

Press office and media relations

For “Geronimo Stilton Live Experience. Viaggio nel tempo” YAK Agency also oversaw the press office and media relations activities, in order to increase the visibility and reputation of the initiative through the online and offline, generalist and sector media, structuring a press office service for the entire duration of the exhibition, capable of providing the media and newsrooms with data and curiosities that could become news. It also organised the opening press conferences at the Cultural Centre “Altinate San Gaetano”, the location where the exhibition was held for over two months.
