After winning the contract in November 2021, YAK Agency worked on the conceptual and graphic design of the new support and training service for caregivers of people with dementia conceived and promoted by the Cassa di Risparmio di Padova e Rovigo Foundation, a non-profit philanthropic organization that has been working for thirty years to promote the quality of life and sustainable development of the Padua and Rovigo area.

Firstly, the agency worked on the study of a concept to generate a naming that would identify the fundamental features of the service aimed at caregivers and professional operators, proposing the acronym ORA: an acrostic with the initials of the three words Orientamento (Orientation), Rete (Network) and Ascolto (Listening) that form a term that can be read as an encouragement both to act and react immediately, and to try to live the present as fully as possible, thanks to the support offered.

Then, YAK Agency took care of designing the project's logo and declined all the graphic and textual contents in the promotional materials (posters, brochures), also creating social media posts organized in thematic headings to be shared in the official channels of Cariparo Foundation. On the web side, a landing page was developed for the target audience, with all the information regarding the services (listening centre, training courses and psychological support) offered by ORA to caregivers of people with dementia living in the territories of the Local Social Health Unit ULSS n.6 Euganea and n.5 Polesana.

"We have participated with great commitment to the request of Cariparo Foundation, approaching a new and very delicate topic," commented Marco Dalla Dea and Giovanni Cecolin, Managing Partner of YAK Agency. "With ORA we hope to have created a useful tool for all operators and caregivers who are in close contact with people suffering from diseases that cause a decline in cognitive functions, that can concretely support the Foundation, which has always been an interpreter of the needs of the territory in which it operates in order to produce concrete change".
