The communication agency of Marco Dalla Dea and Giovanni Cecolin is at its fourth Olympics, with an experience of more than 150 international games in its portfolio.

Padua, 15.04.2021 - YAK Agency renews its partnership with the International Olympic Committee for the Tokyo Olympics. The Italian agency will keep following the communication of  Boxing for the upcoming qualifying events and throughout the Games.  The partnership, which started in 2019 after winning an international selection competition, has already seen YAK Agency follow three continental qualifying games in 2020, in Dakar, Amman and London. With the Games being postponed by a year, the agency will be ring-side this year in Paris, before landing in Japan in July. The entrusted services - carried out in English - include supervision of press operations, press office, management of the official website, news production, media monitoring, coordination of photo production and official publications as well as all-round communication consultancy.

"We have been working with the Olympic movement since 2007, and we are now in our fourth Olympics. In between, we have been covering more than 150 international competitions in ten sports and 65 countries. We are delighted to keep working in an industry with which we have always shared values," commented the two partners Marco Dalla Dea and Giovanni Cecolin.

The agency, which in addition to sport is engaged nationally and internationally in retail and small and medium enterprise sectors, continues to evolve. "Almost all of our customers have been severely affected by the global health situation. And we too have had to change something. We are focusing on innovative, fast and efficient systems for online bookings and sales, as well as developing new communication tools (such as remote product presentation) to overcome the physical limitations imposed by the current situation," continue Dalla Dea and Cecolin.

YAK Agency has thus launched a new web division specialising in the creation of e-commerce sites, YETI.it, closing 2020 with a growth of 27%, and exceeding one million euros in turnover. A challenge that today leads to new jobs. The agency, which today employs around twenty people offering integrated multi-channel communication services and e-commerce development, aims to hire at least eight more employees in the coming months, including company management, web developers and graphic designers.
