The under-40 company of Marco Dalla Dea and Giovanni Cecolin closes 2020 with a turnover increase of 27% , opens to eight new hires, and prepares for the Tokyo Olympic Games, without forgetting social responsibility.

Padua, 29.03.2021 - The growth of YAK Agency does not stop. The Padua-based company - which today employs about twenty employees offering integrated multichannel communication services and e-commerce development - aims to hire at least eight more employees in the coming months, including company management, web developers and graphic designers. "The particular health situation we are experiencing has forced everyone to rethink the classic models of commerce and distribution of goods and services," comment the two partners Marco Dalla Dea and Giovanni Cecolin - "digitalization can no longer be postponed, it is an essential condition in order to keep being present on the market. 2020 was a year of change in this sense as well."

High degree of education, experience in Italy and abroad combined with product innovation as well as the solidity of the entrepreneurial project, represent the strengths of YAK Agency, already crowned in 2019 as the most innovative and deserving company in Veneto by the European Regional Development Fund, for its services offered to the trade sector, PMI, and the sports’ world.

"The pandemic has also forced us to speed up. After a first moment of bewilderment at the beginning of the emergency, we had to adapt quickly to our customers’ new demands, focusing on innovative, fast and efficient systems for online sales and developing new communication tools that would overcome the physical limits imposed by the situation" continue Dalla Dea and Cecolin The company has thus launched a new web division specialized in the creation of e-commerce sites, YETI.it, closing 2020 with a growth of 27% and exceeding one million euros in turnover. A challenge that today leads to new employment. "We are looking for qualified and highly trained people, also thanks to our collaborations with several universities in the area. For us, it means building a solid group and increasing the ability to respond quickly to market demands".

The agency of Padua has been noticed also by the International Olympic Committee, which has entrusted YAK Agency with the communication of the sport of Boxing at the Tokyo Olympics. "Since 2008, we have been working on all the editions of the Games, from Beijing to Rio De Janeiro, passing through London 2012. The sports industry - and more generally the events industry - is suffering severely from the limitations imposed by the virus. We are happy to be able to put ourselves at the service of this world, with which we have always shared passion and values".

SMILE RUN: the 100% charity run by YAK Agency

And it is precisely in the combination of sport and values that YAK Agency has decided to commit itself also on the social responsibility front. In 2019, the agency has created SMILE RUN, a non-competitive charity run organized in the heart of Padua that has allowed to raise over 16,000 Euros entirely donated to the NGOs Team for Children and L'isola che c'è. "We are working to repeat the event this year, if the situation will allow it. The appointment is for September 12, 2021 in Prato della Valle. Once again we will support NGOs that take care of sick children, who perhaps have suffered more than anyone else these months of forced isolation".
