YAK Agency managed the digital communication of the Hyundai Archery World Cup Final held in Rome on the 2nd and 3rd of September.

 

This is the final stage of the Archery World Cup Final, the most important world archery event that has featured 32 of the best athletes of the season, including 8 Olympic medalists, world and national champions of both recurve and compound archery.

 

A unique event, which filled the stands of the Stadium of the Marbles with over 5,000 spectators, 400 accredited professionals, more than 250 photographers and 23 journalists from all over the world.

 

In order to promote the competition and boost ticketing before the event, YAK Agency developed strategies and teasers on social channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.
High-creative content production and media planning: these are the main features the agency worked on, in both English and Italian, in accordance with a global event like this and to engage international audience.

 

During the press conference for the presentation of the event, as well as during the competition, part of the team covered the competition live from the Stadium, to keep followers constantly up-to-date with the results of the races and to tell interesting stories and anecdotes about the athletes through photos, images, videos and interviews.
