“Adolescenza impavida” (Undaunted adolescence), the photo exhibition organized by Team for Children Onlus with the support of YAK Agency to raise funds for the patients and families of the Pediatric Oncology and Hematology Ward of Padua, was inaugurated today
An exhibition dedicated to eleven patients that are fighting their most important battle. Young, strong and determined women, portrayed in photos that have been displayed in the Gran Guardia Sala in Padua (Piazza dei Signori) and are also included in the 2019 calendar of Team for Children Onlus.
The project “Adolescenza Impavida” comes from the will to show the beauty of some girls of the Pediatric Oncology and Hematology Ward of Padua and to tell about their battle through their physical and spiritual scars, showing the signs of their disease with sensitivity and tact. Stories of battles and victories immortalized by the lens of the portrait photographer Anna Bussolotto, which will be displayed until January 6 2019 (everyday from 11 am to 1.30 pm and from 2.30 to 5.30 pm, free admission) and will also be included in the 2019 calendar, which you can have with a minimum offer of 10€.
The funds raised thanks to this project will be entirely given to Team for Children Onlus, the association that has collaborated with the doctors of the department of Pediatric Oncology and Hematology for years, providing teaching materials, supporting the purchase of electromedical equipment, financing work contracts of oncological doctors and supporting psychologically and economically the families of sick children and teenagers.
YAK Agency’s team - which has supported the association in the communication activities for many years - managed all the aspects of the photo exhibition, from artistic direction to the realization of all the communication materials, from promotion on social networks to press office, confirming once again the will to support the association in the promotion of many solidarity events in the territory. Last year, indeed, our agency took on an important objective of corporate social responsibility, helping Team for Children to conceive and organize great events (from the “Life & Fashion Show” to the non competitive race IPERrun) and to raise funds for projects of psychological and economic support to the families of sick children and teenagers.
